Our webinars are hosted through GoToWebinar. Upon registering you will receive an email confirmation showing you are confirmed for the class along with an emailed receipt of purchase. During the 48 hours prior to the event, you will receive reminder emails for the event along with your unique access link to use for the class. Your join link will also be available from your My Courses dashboard, along with links to download your attendance sheet and class handouts.

**Note: Due to the length of the class, a recorded presentation may be used to ensure all content is efficiently covered during the mandated 8 hour class time. Using a recording allows us to offer the class more often, provides for a reliably scheduled lunch break, and makes it easier to complete a make-up class if an emergency arises and attendance checks are missed. Even though a recorded presentation may be used, your attendance will still be tracked as if in a classroom setting and the instructor will be present live and in real-time to answer questions via email.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Catherine Dove has sold and marketed LTC insurance over 20 years. She has a diverse background in the LTC health care industry and LTC insurance industry. She has been quoted in Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine and spoken at many LTC conferences. Catherine was the Director of Field Training for John Hancock Long-Term Care. Catherine has specialized in the LTC Insurance industry since 1994 after working in the Long-Term Care provider industry for 4 years. Her previous training experience includes training for LTC Consultants as well as teaching the CLTC Master Class (Certified in LTC) where she also was the Director of CLTC Instructors. Her sales experience includes being a career agent for GE Capital (now Genworth Financial), building an LTC Managing General Agency, as well as her own personal producing LTC agency.
